Orders are shipped from Sweden or produced and fulfilled through our print partners, depending on the item.

Limited edition prints and originals are packed and shipped by hand from our studio.

Posters and other items are produced to order through our print partners and shipped separately.

Shipping is available to selected international destinations.
Available countries are shown at checkout.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Processing & delivery

Fine art prints are prepared and shipped within 2-3 weeks.
Print-on-demand items are produced after your order is placed.

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
All timeframes are approximate and may vary depending on location, production, and carrier conditions.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided when available and will be sent by email once your order has shipped.

Delivery address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Duties & taxes

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If something is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact cecilia@ceciliafri.com as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photos.

Quality-related issues should be reported within 30 days of delivery.
