Returns

We accept returns from customers within the EU within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law.

To request a return, email hello@ceciliafri.com with your order number.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item.

Conditions

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received — unused and undamaged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Fine art prints

Fine art prints are handled and shipped by hand. Returns are accepted only if the print is returned in perfect condition. Any damage occurring during return shipping may result in a partial refund or rejection of the return.

Original works

All original artworks are final sale. Returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Print-on-demand items

Some items are produced to order through our print partners and may be shipped separately. Returns are only accepted in the case of damage, defects, or incorrect items.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If something is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact cecilia@ceciliafri.com as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photos.

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
In most cases, you will not need to return the item.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If eligible, you may return your item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified whether the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
